Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them as much as we are. We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not refund shipping charges and return shipping is the purchasers responsibility. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions at sales@nine20mercantile.com regarding sizing, colors, or styling. We get new styles in every week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@nine20mercantile.com. If your return is accepted, we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care, contact@nine20mercantile.com, within 3 DAYS of delivery. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

Certain types of items cannot be returned and are FINAL Sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you, within 5-7 business days, once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a store credit via the e-mail used for your order. Please note we do NOT credit refunds back to the original payment methods.
